EVENT SCHEDULE:
FREE EVENT! ALL MEMBERS OF THE HARRINGTON AND DAVIS COMMUNITIES ARE WELCOME!

| WHAT TO EXPECT: | Teachers and staff will be standing along the course to douse your student in a different colored powder. Be ready to look color fabulous! |
| Students can decide to run, jug or walk. They can go around the course as many or as little times as they like. | |
|
Students should arrive by 5:30pm to warm up and to get organized.
|
|
| WHAT CLOTHING TO WEAR: | It is highly recommended for students to wear clothing/shoes that they don’t mind getting dirty. Wearing a white t-shirt would be ideal. The Color Fun Run is full of color and it can really pop by wearing white clothing! |

| WHAT TO BRING TO A COLOR FUN RUN: | -Bring sunglasses (or goggles) and a bandana for your hair. Sunglasses can help keep the powder away from the eyes. |
| -Other accessories to consider are colorful tutus, glow sticks, colorful bandana, neon accessories, and so on! | |
| -Avoid getting your car dirty by having a change of clothes or a towel to sit on. | |
| -Lawn chairs or a blanket to sit and enjoy the event! | |
| -Baby wipes & water. | |

-A sign to cheer on your runner(s)!

| WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINKS AT THE EVENT? |

| WILL THE COLOR RUIN CLOTHES OR RUNNING SHOES? | The color does mostly wash out after the event. As with anything dirty, the sooner you wash it the better. If you would like to preserve the color in your running shirt, spray it with vinegar and iron it. But if you wash it….it eventually will come out. |
| *The powder is food grade quality, 100% non-toxic, completely biodegradable, made in the USA, colored cornstarch. | |

WILL THERE BE A RESTROOM AVAILABLE?
|
IMPORTANT: due to the colored powder, we will not have public access to an indoor restroom at the school. Please make sure all your kiddos use the restroom before leaving home. |

ARE CAMERAS AND PHONES SAFE TO HAVE? |
If you do decide to bring a phone or a camera, use a plastic bag or waterproof case to keep the powder out. |
